Redeem Stamps
How to Redeem Stamps from the Filbar’s Online Store
Points earned through purchase of regular Funko items can be used to redeem stamps. Points are not awarded to other purchases besides Funko. Discounted items do not also get points.
Step 1: Visit http://shop.filbars.online and log into your account.
Step 2: Click on the “Rewards” button on lower right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Click on “Redeem points”
Note: You will need at least 6,000 points to redeem a stamp.
Step 4: Click on “Get Reward.” You will receive a message on the site indicating that your points have been redeemed.
Step 5: Copy the stamp code and close the Customer Loyalty Program pop-up.
Step 6: Search for “Filbar’s Stamp” using the website search bar.
Step 7: Select the “Filbar’s Stamp” and add to your cart.
Step 8: Click on your Cart icon to check out
Step 9: Select your preferred branch from the list
Note: Stamps can only be claimed in stores.
Step 10: Click on “Checkout”
Step 11: Click on “Continue to shipping”
Note: It should always say “Pick up at my preferred branch” under shipping method when redeeming stamps
Step 12: Click on “Continue to payment”
Step 13: Apply your “Gift card or discount code”
Note: Applying your stamp code will make the total cost of the transaction “Free.”
Step 14: Click on “Complete Order”
Step 15: Visit your selected Filbar’s branch to claim your stamp. Make sure to present your order confirmation email to the staff to redeem it.
Repeat this process to redeem and claim each stamp. To claim multiple stamps in one transaction, you may contact the Filbar’s team for assistance via our Facebook page. <https://www.facebook.com/filbarsonline>
