Q: What is the difference between this new website and the old website?

A: Both websites will continue to remain active. filbars.com.ph serves as a reservation system for upcoming comics and collectibles. shop.filbars.online is an online store for new and in-stock items. 

 

Q: Do I have to make another account on this new site?

A: Yes, shop.filbars.online is an online store that is separate from the Filbar’s Reservation System (FRS). Just like any other online store, you will need to create an account and provide additional details to make a transaction. Also, an account is needed if your wish to earn points.

 

Q: I don’t see an item on your online store. Is it available?

A: We’ve only recently started our online store and we will be adding more items for purchase on the site soon. In the meantime, feel free to contact or visit our branches directly to check on all our available items. 

 

Q: Can I pre-order Hot Toys items using your online store?

A: Yes, the website will accept preorder deposits. Please save the order number and confirmation email. They will be required as proof of the preorder.  You will be contacted via SMS when the figure has arrived and is ready for pick-up or shipping.

 

Q: Can I use my credit card to purchase items on your online store? What payment methods are available?

A: Our online store currently accepts VISA and Mastercard, as well as Gcash as modes of payments. More payment options will be added soon.

 

Q: What does it cost to ship an item using your online store?

A: Shipping fees are computed based on the item size and weight. It will also vary based on the number of items you are purchasing. Shipping fees and options will be displayed upon checkout.

 

Q: Can I pick-up my online purchase at your branches? Are there any extra charges?

A: Yes, our online store gives you the option to pick-up your orders at any Filbar’s store branch. No shipping fee will be charged.

 

Q: How will I know if my item is ready for pick up at a branch?

A: When your order is available for pick-up, you will receive a notification via sms or email from the branch. 

 

Q: Can I reserve an item on the Filbar’s Reservation System (FRS) and pay for it at your online store?

A: At the moment, this option is not available. However, we plan to integrate both websites in the future for a more seamless transaction. 

 

Q: Does the online store allow you to pay for the item upon delivery or store pick up?

A: We do not offer cash on delivery transactions at the moment. The online store requires payment upon checking-out the items in your cart. 

 

Q: I purchased an item on your online store. How long will it take to have the item delivered and how will I know if it has shipped?

A: Our standard shipping takes approximately 5-10 working days. An email or sms containing the tracking numbers will be sent once the order is ready for pick-up by the courier.

 

Q: What happens to my stamp card if I make purchases using your online store?

A: When making purchases please make sure that you are logged into your account so points can be given for qualified purchases. The accumulated points can be used to redeem stamps at a Filbar’s store branch. Redeemed stamps will then be given at your preferred branch. Make sure to present your order confirmation to qualify for a stamp.

 

Q: Can I still earn points if I purchase items as a guest?

A: An account is needed if your wish to earn points. Make sure to create an account and log in before making a purchase. 

 

Q: I’m a member of the Filbar’s Super Secret Club. What benefits do I get on your online store?

A: If you are a Filbar’s Super Secret Club member, please contact us via our Facebook page or email so we can tag your account. SSC members receive a 10% off discount on regular priced Funko items. The discount can be availed by using the promo code: “MABUHAY.”  Please note, the promo code can only be used by Super Secret Club members. In the future, we will be adding exclusive items that will be available in the online shop.

 

Q: When I try to click the link to your online store using Facebook, it says “Possible problem with this link.” What should I do?

A: Just click on “Follow Link” or type the url on your web browser. Sometimes, Facebook adds an extra layer of security for links shared on their site.
