Refund policy

We only accept requests for returns for defective products up to seven(7) days upon receipt of the item. Returns due to change of mind will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


The following are not considered defects:

1. Minor paint defects on the product

2. Dents, creases, cuts, scratches on packaging 


You can request a return via email thru shop.filbars@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned. Sale items, gift cards, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products, mugs, food utensils). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Packages not received and returned by the forwarder

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the right address prior to committing to your order. Items returned by the forwarder, due to incorrect addresses or refused by the customer, will bear a 25% restock fee. Shipping fee will not be refunded. 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Cancellation Policy


1. Orders can only be cancelled before it has been shipped. Once shipped, you may no longer cancel the order.  There is a 5% cancellation fee.

2. All Digital Goods cannot be cancelled once it has been purchased.

3. If you availed of a Shipping Fee Promotion (shipping fee voucher) or a Bundle Promo (Buy One, Take One), all items in the order need to be cancelled. This means that if you bought multiple items and you only want to one item; all items have to be cancelled.

4. Once you have successfully cancelled an item, you can no longer retract the cancellation request.

5. If your order got cancelled and the voucher you used has not yet expired, you can still use the voucher for another order.

6. If you would like to re-order a cancelled item, please take note that the item price is subject to change depending on Filbar’s promotion programs. We can’t commit to offer the same price if you re-order.

In case of prepayment via credit/debit cards, your money will be refunded automatically to your account within one to two billing cycles (one billing cycle is 1 month); depending on your bank policy.


PREORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Preorder Price and Preorder Deposit
The Preorder Price is reflected on the website. The Preorder Deposit, whether constituting partial or full payment of the total Preorder Price, reserves the Preorder Item/s and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellation of Preorder
Please note that once you place a Preorder and pay your Preorder Deposit, Filbar's also commits the order to its supplier in order to fulfill your Preorder. Hence, if you cancel your Preorder, Filbar's would be constrained to forfeit your non-refundable deposit to recoup related costs. Filbar's also reserves the right not to accept any future Preorders from you.

Preorder Balance
Once your Preorder Item is available, we will contact you using the mobile number you have provided. Any changes in the mobile number shall be made by written notice actually received by Filbar's. Once Filbar's sends a notice of pickup through the mobile number provided, you will have thirty (30) days from date of such notice within which to complete payment of the balance of the total Preorder Price and to claim your Preorder Item/s. If the last day of the said thirty (30)-day period falls on a day when your nominated Pickup Branch is closed, the next business day of that Pickup Branch will be considered as the last day. Failure to complete payment of the balance of the total Preorder Price or to claim the Preorder Item/s within the thirty (30)-day period shall result in the forfeiture of the Preorder Deposit. Filbar's may at its sole discretion dispose of or donate said unpaid or unclaimed Preorder Item/s upon the expiration of the thirty (30)-day period.

Product Release Dates
Filbar's is not responsible for product release delays from its supplier or for the time it takes for products to arrive in the Philippines and be released by the Philippine Bureau of Customs. By placing your Preorder, you understand this fully and accept that Filbar's is purely a retail outlet and not the producer of any of the products it sells. Therefore, availability and arrival dates are outside the control of Filbar's as a retailer.

Production Cancellation
In the unlikely event of a Preorder Item's production being cancelled, or in the event of quantity shortfalls on the part of the supplier, any Preorder Deposit you have made will be refunded in full in the same manner as the mode of payment you elected for the Preorder Deposit.

No Liability
Filbar's makes every effort to ensure that the product information when the Preorder was solicited is free from error; however, Filbar's does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the information posted in its website or Facebook page or any other communication (including pictures and descriptions) since Filbar's may use prototype images from secondary sources. Filbar's will not in any way be responsible for any product variation from the released prototype image.
